Picasa!
Everything that Google buys seems to be awesome.
Google recentely acquired Picasa, a program for viewing and organizing photos. I hadn't gotten a chance to check it out, but today I downloaded it and WOW. Kicks the crap out of using Windows' explorer. It's much better looking and easy to use. Reminds me of Mac software, which is a good thing, because the people at Apple really know how to design interfaces, and so do these guys. I give it a solid thumbs up.
Also, there are some built in tools, like resize, rotate, crop, and best of all RED EYE REDUCTION. It's super-easy and helps make some of my pictures look not so creepy.
